17 Market Research Companies in 2026, Compared by Research Job
Compare market research companies by research job, evidence source, deliverables and pricing, from custom studies to specialist market data.

Market research companies supply different kinds of evidence, including custom studies, retail measurement, audience data and market intelligence. Start with the decision you need to make, then compare the firms in the relevant group by audience, deliverables, responsibilities and cost.
Updated October 21, 2026: revised research navigation and the study guidance on this page.
Choose a market research company by the decision, audience and evidence your team needs. Entering a new country may call for category and channel data; changing the price of an existing offer may call for a choice study with realistic alternatives. Give shortlisted firms the same audience, markets, budget and deadline, and ask for a sample deliverable showing the recommendation and its evidence.

Research jobs and starting points
Research job / shortlist | Coverage and responsibility to confirm |
|---|---|
Name the countries, languages and eligible buyers. Confirm who owns local fieldwork, study design, interpretation and the recommendation. | |
Continuing community: Human8 | Check which customers and markets the community includes. Agree who manages it and turns repeated conversations into decisions; continuity alone does not establish market representation. |
Specify the category, retailers, channels, geography and dates. Distinguish measured sales or purchases from a separately scoped survey of buyers. | |
Market context: Euromonitor · Mintel | Check country and category coverage, publication dates and licensed use. Establish whether existing reports answer the question or custom research is still needed. |
Competitive intelligence: AlphaSense | Check the industries, sources and dates covered. Separate searching existing evidence from commissioning expert calls, and assign responsibility for interpreting it. |
Healthcare research: IQVIA | Name the country, specialty and eligible healthcare population. Ask which data, fieldwork and interpretation the proposed project actually includes. |
Audience profiles: GWI | Check market coverage, survey dates and the base for your segment. Distinguish retrieved survey responses from modeled Synthetic Audiences output. |
Pricing and trade-offs: SKIM | Define the buyers, feasible offers and price choices. Agree who designs the task, examines substitution and turns preference estimates into a recommendation. |
Recruitment and fieldwork: Sago | Confirm eligibility, location and recruitment access. A fieldwork-only quote leaves study design, analysis and the business recommendation with another named owner. |
Recurring studies: Qualtrics · quantilope | Check audience access, methods and plan limits. Establish what your team will operate and what any separately priced services will deliver. |
Human interviews: Outset | Confirm recruitment and language fit. Assign the guide, stimulus preparation, interview review and final interpretation to an owner. |
Modeled decision research: Vensia | Inspect grounding for the audience and market, plus validation for the task. Agree the study and recommendation; keep modeled response bases distinct from human participants. |
These providers cover different jobs: custom studies, retail measurement, market intelligence, specialist pricing and research platforms. This is a decision-based shortlist, not a performance ranking. Compare each firm against the same audience, deliverable, budget and deadline. Our market research guide explains how to choose the evidence behind a business decision.
For a business buying-group decision, use our B2B market research companies guide. If you need a partner to compare product ideas, our concept testing companies guide separates responsibility for the audience, study and recommendation. For a packaging decision, our packaging design testing guide separates what shoppers understand from observed shopping and physical-use evidence.
For linked buying roles, use our B2B market research companies guide. For a competitor question, our competitive research companies guide separates verified product facts, monitoring and accounts of actual wins and losses. Those jobs need a more specific brief than the consumer example below.

One brief, two suitable routes
Consider a fictional travel-accessory brand choosing which cable organizer to prototype. A managed human concept study and a managed modeled study can both address the choice, but they return evidence from different response sources. Ipsos and Vensia are two routes to discuss, subject to confirming audience access or grounding and the proposed scope.
Copyable study brief
Brief item | Send the same specification to both firms |
|---|---|
Decision | Choose which of two $40 cable organizers to prototype for a US online launch. Recommend a revision or neither design if the evidence calls for it. |
Audience | US adults aged 18 or older who took a work trip in the past six months and packed a wall charger, two USB-C cables and earbuds. Confirm whether you can recruit or model that audience before quoting. |
Offer A | A hard-shell case, 20 × 12 × 5 cm, with three fixed compartments. It is intended to hold those accessories; it is not waterproof. Devices and accessories are not included. |
Offer B | A soft pouch, also 20 × 12 × 5 cm, with two adjustable dividers. It is intended to hold the same accessories; it is not waterproof. Devices and accessories are not included. |
Shared conditions | Each costs $40 before tax and shipping. Use these same text-only offer cards in both studies. Vary card order and retain the order shown in each response record. |
Questions | Record the initial choice: A, B, keep the current solution, another option, or none. Then ask why and what each organizer includes. Preserve the answer before probing or correcting a misunderstanding. |
Return | Show each option’s choice count and share. State the eligible base, share denominator, exclusions and missing answers. Provide the response records and explain which evidence supports the prototype recommendation. Keep human and modeled results separate. |
Project agreement | Name the audience source, study owner, analysis owner, fee, timetable and revision allowance. Show a sample deliverable and explain what this study cannot establish. |
For the modeled proposal, adapt our synthetic research brief template to record the population, task and required output. Ask for validation relevant to this choice rather than treating evidence from another task as sufficient.
What an acceptable deliverable would show
Suppose a response describes the hard-shell case as waterproof, despite the offer card saying it is not. The useful deliverable lets you trace that misunderstanding and judge whether it changes the recommendation.
For the human route, request the recruited participants’ eligibility checks, the cards and order they saw, their initial choices and their own explanations. Ask Ipsos to show how its analysis connects those observed study responses to the prototype decision. A participant’s stated preference still does not establish a purchase or the case’s physical performance.
For the modeled route, request the population definition and grounding, the same exposure and response records, and the model’s generated explanations. Vensia’s report should connect those modeled choices to the recommendation and state the relevant validation and limits. A modeled profile calling the case waterproof raises a question about the model or task; it does not establish that a real buyer misunderstood it.
Keep an otherwise eligible response in its reported choice base when it reveals confusion; flag the misunderstanding alongside it. If that confusion matters to the decision, revise the card and run a new comparison, reporting it separately. Neither route can establish protection in a dropped bag or actual sales from these cards. Prototype use and purchase behavior need evidence suited to those questions.

Multinational fieldwork and ongoing consumer communities
Ipsos: complex, custom, multi-market research
Provider type: Full-service global market research and consulting firm.
A study in several countries is also a coordination job. Ipsos puts local fieldwork, quantitative testing, qualitative interpretation and recommendations under one lead.

Ipsos Product Studio turns product evaluations into comparable attribute and Just About Right diagnostics.
Shortlist Ipsos when the brief needs a bespoke combination of methods and markets. Compare Kantar when brand, creative, or innovation benchmarks are central. Both offer broad custom research; a relevant deliverable from the proposed team will help resolve a close choice.
Pricing: Custom. Compare the assigned team, markets, research methods, and decision support included.
Kantar: brand, creative, innovation, and global qualitative research
Provider type: Global insights, data, and consulting company with both full-service and standardized products.
Kantar combines brand, advertising, innovation, media and shopper research. Its qualitative practice and local-market teams let a project draw on several methods.
Kantar Marketplace provides standardized studies; Converser runs AI-moderated interviews; Kantar Live supports group discussions at scale. The right service depends on whether you need a repeatable creative test or an exploratory study across markets.

Kantar ConceptEvaluate AI compares concepts across predictive trial, uniqueness and relevance.
Fit: Global companies linking research to brand, advertising, innovation, or activation decisions.

Human8: insight communities and repeated co-creation
Provider type: Global insight consultancy specializing in managed communities and consumer collaboration.
A continuing community lets each study build on the last. Human8 runs communities from one- or two-week sprints to multi-year programs, for discovery, co-creation, validation and putting findings to work inside the business.

Human8’s community platform brings participant activities and discussions into one workspace across desktop and mobile.
Fit: Teams that want ongoing feedback from the same customers as they develop products, refine ideas, and respond to changing needs.
Pricing: Custom. Community size, duration, study cadence, and analysis support determine the scope; confirm any digital-twin component separately.
Scope: A community provides depth and continuity, but its members do not automatically represent the wider market.
If you are comparing a continuing human community with ongoing modeled research, our Vensia vs Lakmoos guide works through that procurement choice.
For a closer look at what each provider handles, see our market research services guide.
Retail and shopper research: purchase records and distribution
NIQ: retail sales, share, price, distribution, and promotion
Provider type: Retail measurement and consumer-intelligence data company.
NIQ Retail Measurement Services tracks sales, share, price, distribution, velocity, and promotion. Start here when a debate about the brand needs a firmer account of the market. A sales decline concentrated in lost distribution calls for a different response from one happening across well-stocked stores.

NIQ’s Precision Areas dashboard links observed store sales, local demographics, and geographic data to surface sales, promotion, distribution, and velocity opportunities.
Fit: CPG, retail, category, sales, and revenue teams that need a consistent view of market performance.
Pricing: Custom. Confirm category, retailer, channel, and geographic coverage, plus the history and data access included.
Scope: Retail measurement and new-product research are different scopes. NIQ's BASES idea, concept, and claims testing is a separate route; confirm which product, sample, and consulting are included.
Circana: connecting market performance with shopper behavior
Provider type: Market-measurement and consumer-behavior data company.
Circana Complete Consumer connects verified purchases, shopper panels and surveys to explain who drove a change in sales. Use it to examine how many households buy, whether they return, and where they shop instead.
Compare NIQ and Circana using the same categories, retailers, channels, and dates. Then ask how each product connects a change in sales to household buying behavior. If you want to ask verified buyers why they bought, compare whom Numerator can reach and the follow-up research it offers.

Circana’s Liquid Data Go dashboard combines sales, units, price, stores, distribution, brand, and item performance in one category view.
Fit: Retail, CPG, marketing, and category teams investigating who drove a performance change and why.
Pricing: Contact sales. Confirm the markets, datasets and historical coverage included, how often the data updates, and the user access, exports and support your team receives.
Scope: Circana’s measurement subscriptions track past sales and shopper behavior. Its separate Concept Testing product covers product ideas, packaging, pricing and claims.
Numerator: receipt-linked household purchase behavior
Provider type: Consumer panel, purchase-data, and shopper-insights company.
A receipt records a purchase. Numerator connects that record to the household behind it. OmniPanel combines receipts and linked accounts with surveys and profiles, showing repeat buying, basket contents and shopping across retailers. Purchase-linked follow-up research adds the buyer’s explanation.

Numerator’s Smart Reporting workspace compares survey responses across purchase-linked audience segments.
Fit: Brands and retailers that need to connect purchase behavior to household attributes and reported motivations.
Pricing: Custom. Confirm market and category coverage, usable sample sizes, and the cost of purchase-linked follow-up research.
Scope: Numerator’s available households, purchase history and targeting options differ by research product.
Market intelligence: category and country context
Euromonitor International: market sizing and cross-country context
Provider type: Syndicated market-intelligence and research company.
Euromonitor Passport helps teams decide which markets deserve attention. It combines industry, country, consumer, company, and channel data with forecasts and analyst research. That context helps a team distinguish a large category from an attractive entry opportunity.

Passport AI lets users ask questions about Euromonitor’s structured market and category data and see related statistics and sources.
Start with Euromonitor when the decision is which category or country to enter. Compare Mintel when the immediate task is understanding consumer trends and the products already competing for attention.
Before licensing a shared report or database, our syndicated research guide helps you check the actual category and channel coverage, the data vintage and whether your team or research partner can use the output as intended.
Pricing: Individual reports are available; Passport and consulting are custom-priced. Compare country and category coverage, analyst access, and data rights.
Scope: Syndicated intelligence frames an opportunity. It does not answer a proprietary concept, message, price, or product question.
Mintel: consumer-category intelligence and product trends
Mintel is particularly useful when the question is how an idea compares with products already reaching the market. Its Global New Products Database lets teams investigate launches through ingredients, flavors, formats, packaging and claims. A team developing a high-protein snack, for example, can examine how other products combine the benefit with different formats and positioning.
GNPD is integrated into Mintel’s Leap interface, allowing users to ask questions and explore the underlying product records. Use the product-level records behind a trend to see which formats and claims already compete.

Mintel’s Dragonfly analysis shows how packaging elements can be evaluated for likely visual attention.
Pricing: Individual reports and subscriptions are available. Confirm the markets, report libraries, product databases, and analyst access included.
Scope: Category reports cover existing market evidence. Testing your own product, message or price requires a separate study.
AlphaSense: B2B company, industry, and financial intelligence
AlphaSense searches filings, broker research, news, expert transcripts, and internal sources for competitive intelligence, diligence, and strategy. Through Tegus Expert Call Services, teams can also commission new interviews with sourced experts. Its Voice of Customer research includes interviews with users of B2B technology products.
Use AlphaSense's library when relevant evidence already exists, or commission an expert call to investigate a gap. For a new survey or interview program with a precisely defined professional audience, also consider NewtonX's custom B2B research.

AlphaSense combines premium business sources, monitoring, and source-linked synthesis in one research workspace.
Fit: Corporate strategy, competitive intelligence, investment, and B2B research teams.
Pricing: Custom. Compare licensed content and user access, with commissioned expert calls scoped separately.
Scope: Expert calls provide specialist perspectives; representative consumer studies require a different design. Commissioned interviews are scoped separately from search access.
If the missing evidence concerns a competitor, our competitive research companies guide distinguishes source-backed intelligence, ongoing monitoring, actual win-loss accounts and modeled responses.
For a managed modeled B2B study, our Vensia vs Evidenza guide compares responsibility for the research and its recommendation.
IQVIA: healthcare and life-sciences intelligence
IQVIA Primary Intelligence combines custom and syndicated research with healthcare data and specialist analysis. Its studies cover questions such as patient needs, product positioning and brand performance. The wider business also provides real-world data, analytics and technology for life-sciences teams.

IQVIA combines historical life-sciences market evidence with forward-looking launch analysis.
Fit: Pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare teams that require specialist populations, datasets, governance, and market knowledge.
Pricing: Custom. Therapeutic area, countries, audience, datasets, and the research-service scope determine the engagement.
GWI: audience profiles and survey-grounded exploration
GWI helps teams get past a broad audience label and examine the people inside it. Its recurring surveys cover attitudes, behavior, media use and brands. Audience builders, cross-tabs, charts and exports support sizing, comparison and media planning.
GWI's Synthetic Audiences adds personas and multi-segment focus groups in Agent Spark, grounded in the company's existing survey data.
Our guides to marketing to Gen Z and marketing to parents show how audience profiles change channel, message and offer choices.

GWI’s audience tools let users build and compare segments from syndicated survey data; Agent Spark lets them explore synthetic responses grounded in that research.
Fit: Agencies, media teams, and brands that repeatedly need comparable evidence for audience planning and activation.
Pricing: GWI pricing separates platform seats, integration usage and bespoke research. Ask for the datasets, seat permissions and Agent Spark or Synthetic Audiences access included in your proposal.
Scope: Audience profiles cover the markets and variables in the selected dataset. Custom research addresses questions outside that coverage.
When you already have respondent data, our Vensia vs Fairgen guide examines whether that evidence covers the buyers your next study needs.
For a deeper comparison of these evidence bases, see our consumer insights companies guide.
B2B market research companies
A B2B study may need to connect the user, technical reviewer and budget owner behind one purchase. Choose the company around the work you need completed, then ask it to demonstrate access to the relevant buying roles. A matching job title alone does not establish recent involvement in that decision.
Company | Research job to discuss |
|---|---|
Managed quantitative and qualitative work across customer, market and proposition questions. Request a sector-specific recruitment plan and, where needed, linked roles from the same account. | |
A focused message or preference question for an available B2B tech audience. Check the roles, industries and regions; assign stimulus preparation and the campaign decision to an owner. | |
Custom professional research with synthesis, or a separately scoped synthetic-persona route. Specify which response source the proposal uses. | |
A defined brand, customer or product-concept program. Confirm that its audience and fieldwork fit the job rather than assuming a standard program covers a bespoke buying group. | |
A full-service modeled study with design, analysis and recommendations. Inspect grounding and validation for the task; a generated role response is not testimony from a current customer. |
For a renewal study, ask each shortlisted firm to show how it would reconcile a user who values faster scheduling with a technical reviewer who raises an integration requirement. The report should distinguish a confirmed product gap, unclear communication and a fact that still needs checking. Keep each perspective attached to its account: three role answers do not become three independent renewal events.
Compare the complete job, including audience access, design, interpretation and follow-up. A focused messaging test can be sufficient when your team owns the remaining work; a linked buying-group decision needs a proposal that accepts that larger responsibility.
Competitive intelligence companies
Start with the competitive question that could change your response. Establishing what a rival offers, keeping that information current and understanding why an account chose it require different evidence.
Company | Evidence to request |
|---|---|
Competitor research, benchmarking and strategic interpretation. Ask for the source, applicable conditions, capture date and unresolved fields behind a consequential claim. | |
Ongoing monitoring of sources such as websites, release notes, support documents and reviews. Demonstrate a relevant captured change and assign someone to decide whether it warrants action. | |
A managed win-loss program with buyer outreach, interviews, recorded accounts, analysis and reports. Retain the buying context and cases that challenge the main explanation. |
If a competitor promises easy migration, first establish which records, formats and conditions that promise covers. Buyer interviews can then investigate whether those capabilities mattered in real decisions. An announcement does not establish customer fit, and a buyer's recollection does not independently verify every capability they attribute to the rival.
Once the relevant product facts and buying situation are clear, a grounded modeled comparison can explore reactions to feasible counteroffers. Keep that prospective result separate from a verified competitor fact or an account of an actual lost deal. Choose the next route around the uncertainty that remains.
Specialists for pricing, professional audiences and fieldwork
SKIM: pricing and structured product or portfolio trade-offs
Provider type: Research consultancy specializing in pricing, revenue management, and choice modeling.
SKIM designs choice-based, adaptive, menu-based, and preference-based conjoint studies. Controlled choices estimate the value of attributes and model how preference shifts among offers, rather than asking respondents to rate every element separately.
For pricing or portfolio work, include your existing products as well as competitors in the choice set. That lets a choice model estimate substitution among the offers, including where a new product could draw preference from your current range. SKIM’s choice-modeling specialization is relevant to that question.

SKIM uses structured choice designs and simulators to estimate how price, feature, and portfolio changes redistribute preference.
Fit: Pricing, product, and revenue decisions where choice structure and trade-offs must be modeled carefully.
Pricing: Custom. Study design, audience, markets, and the simulator and implementation support determine the fee.
Scope: Conjoint estimates preference within a designed choice task. It does not measure completed purchases.
If your shortlist also includes modeled pricing research, our Vensia vs Aaru guide follows a pricing decision through the evidence each proposal needs.
Sago: participant recruitment, facilities, and fieldwork operations
Provider type: Fieldwork, participant-recruitment, facilities, and research-operations company.
Sago helps researchers get the right people into the study. It provides recruitment, facilities, and fieldwork across consumer, B2B, healthcare, and technology audiences. Start here when your team has the research plan and needs help running it.

Sago describes participant rooms, client observation and HD recording and streaming for its New York facility. Confirm the rooms and services included in the proposed session.
Fit: Research agencies and internal teams that need verified participants, specialist audiences, facilities, scheduling, or multi-market operations.
Pricing: Custom. Participant eligibility, recruitment difficulty, incentives, and facility needs shape the quote. Confirm replacement terms.
Scope: Study design, analysis and recommendations sit outside a fieldwork-only engagement.
Research platforms for recurring studies
Qualtrics: enterprise survey programs and flexible panel workflows
Provider type: Enterprise experience-management and research software platform with panel and services options.
A team that runs research every month needs a process it can repeat. Qualtrics brings concept testing, conjoint, MaxDiff, market studies, video and audio feedback, analysis, and dashboards into its Strategic Research platform. That gives teams a shared way to work across studies.

Qualtrics brings survey design, advanced methods, panel access, analysis, and reporting into a shared research workflow.
Start with Qualtrics for shared research infrastructure across teams. Compare quantilope when the recurring work centers on advanced quantitative studies and trackers. Give both the same proposed study and compare setup, analysis and the methods included in the quote.
Pricing: Self-service is $420 per month, billed as $5,040 annually, for 1,000 responses shared across users. Enterprise pricing is custom; Edge Audiences uses separate credits.
For an Edge Audiences proposal, use our Vensia vs Qualtrics Edge guide to compare the specific research job and responsibilities.
quantilope: automated advanced methods and recurring trackers
Provider type: Automated quantitative consumer-intelligence platform with self-service and managed options.
quantilope makes recurring quantitative studies easier to run as a program. It standardizes concept, claims, packaging, pricing, segmentation, portfolio, shelf, advertising, brand and launch studies. The Quinn copilot and optional research services support the work.
If you are deciding whether to operate an advanced-methods platform or commission a managed modeled study, compare Vensia and quantilope before preparing the same brief for both.

quantilope’s CI Advanced workspace combines method setup, chart controls, and export-ready analysis.
Fit: Internal insight teams with enough recurring quantitative work to benefit from automation and shared standards.
Pricing: Business starts at $2,300 per month for three users. Compare panel and research-service costs alongside the license.
Scope: Conjoint and segmentation require Enterprise, so the advertised Business price does not cover those methods.
Outset: AI-moderated interviews with real people
Provider type: AI-moderated qualitative research platform with recruitment and service options.
Outset conducts adaptive text, voice, or video interviews with real participants. Researchers import or build a guide, define the stimuli and probing logic, recruit through a panel or owned audience, and receive transcripts, themes, clips, and synthesis.
Outset lets a small research team run many interviews at once while retaining control of the guide. Review how the moderator follows an unclear answer, then trace the resulting theme back to the interview.
If you are also considering modeled exploration, our Vensia vs Synthetic Users guide examines who owns exploration and the final concept choice.

Outset’s guide editor shows how a researcher defines questions, probes, logic, and stimuli before the AI moderator conducts interviews.
Fit: Product, customer, brand, and insight teams that want to hear directly from more participants while retaining control of the interview guide.
Pricing: Custom. Compare the audience, interview volume, languages, and research support included.
For more interview and focus-group providers, see our qualitative research companies guide. For a software-first comparison, see our AI market research tools guide.
Research with Vensia
Vensia builds a simulated population for the audience behind your decision. A study can use thousands of distinct agents grounded in real-world population and behavioral evidence.
Vensia runs quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, ad and creative tests, concept and claim tests, pricing work, segmentation and behavioral scenarios. Your team gets measurement, explanation and prediction in one research engagement.
Vensia returns an interactive report and recommendations on a schedule agreed for your study.
Inspect our published comparisons with human research to check the task, measure and limitations behind a modeled result.
- The report shows results across the population, differences between segments, and the answers behind those differences. It includes individual responses, interview transcripts and recommendations.
- Ask what evidence supports the specific prediction you need. Our savings-offer comparison recreates a human study with recorded account actions; the iPhone case below compares modeled purchase decisions. Inspect each task’s audience, outcome and errors before using it for a new offer.
- The population stays available after the first study. Revise an ad, change a price or investigate a narrow segment without starting another round of recruitment and fieldwork.
For a launch shaped by neighborhood discussion, our Vensia vs Artificial Societies guide focuses the comparison on that interaction question.
Approved client data can be added but is not required to begin.

Vensia grounds its populations in real-world population, purchase, behavioral, factual survey, category, review, and contextual evidence.
A product decision, followed through
Who would buy a $1,999 foldable iPhone, and what would make everyone else pass? Vensia’s study of 10,000 modeled smartphone-buyer profiles follows that decision through audience differences, purchase reasons, price comparisons and substitution from other iPhones.
The case study reports its two buyer groups separately and distinguishes the main offer from the matched price experiment. It shows how the findings inform a premium-product or broader-adoption strategy; it is a modeled scenario study, not a forecast of launch sales.
The separate matched 256GB price experiment makes the commercial choice visible. At $1,599, modeled qualification was roughly twice its rate at $1,999 in both groups:
Buyer group / base | Qualification by price |
|---|---|
Core (n=2,103) | $1,999: 5.52% $1,599: 11.27% |
Expansion (n=2,897) | $1,999: 6.18% $1,599: 12.50% |
Each row compares the same assigned profiles at both prices. Qualification means meeting the study’s modeled funding and purchase-decision requirements. These matched-menu rates are separate from the main-offer results.
The larger modeled audience gives the team a lower-price offer to evaluate against the margin it would give up. Keeping the premium calls for a compelling reason to upgrade; cutting the price still leaves that reason to establish. The useful output is a choice between commercial directions, with the audience and evidence behind each.
Explore our foldable iPhone research
This is the value of following one decision through several research questions. Feature appeal, the ability to fund a purchase and the product a buyer would otherwise choose can point in different directions. Vensia brings those modeled choices and their explanations together in the recommendation, with the same population available for the next comparison.
For a behavioral simulation brief, our Vensia vs Simile guide works through a separate commercial scenario and its evidence requirements.
Fit: Teams that want a complete research partner for audience understanding, testing, segmentation and prediction, with results and recommendations they can use in the decision.
The decision determines the research partner
If your next decision depends on how an audience may respond to a product, campaign, price or customer offer, Vensia can build the modeled population, run the study and deliver a recommendation with quantitative results and qualitative explanation. The same population remains available as the decision develops. Licensed category data can add context for market entry; physical product testing can establish performance in use.
Questions to ask a research provider
- Who exactly will answer, and how are they recruited or built?
- What will you hand back: raw records, tables, a report or a recommendation?
- What validation have you published, for which tasks, and where can we inspect it?
- What does the whole project cost, including recruitment and analysis, and how long does it take?
- Who does the work on our side, and who on yours?
- What would make you tell us the study cannot answer our question?
